If your daffodil arrives damaged please take a photo and contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. Please do not return your daffodil, but await our response to your email. We will send you a replacement daffodil or offer a refund. Stem may be rusty due to weathering, this is intentional. Also a reminder that each daffodil is individually hand crafted and not perfectly machined – as such it may have some sharp edges and tiny cracks but this is part of the uniqueness of the daffodil.
